Tao Hua Xi Jin. Hundred proliferate form. Flowers 17 cm x 8cm, deep pink. petals 7-8- whorled, broad and large, slightly wrinkled, the margins toothed; stamens normal or smaller; pistils developed, petaloid, normal, greenish on the apical margins in the lower flower. Petals large, multi-whorled; stamens a few; pistils small in the upper flower. Stalks stout, straight, flowers upright. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches stout. Leaves orbicular, small-sized, crowded; leaflets broadly obovate, deep lobed or completely cut, acuminate at the apex. Growth vigorous, flowers many. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1987. |
