The variety 'S.F. Wood' was raised by S.F. Wood of London, Ontario, Canada, probably in the 1920's. It was introduced by C.F. Wood, the son. Clare F. Wood was A.P.S. Vice-president from 1954 to 1956. I don't know if L.F. Wood was related to them or not. |
